We only had Brad for a few days this week before he left for the District Tournament so we tried to hang out as a family as much as we could. On Wednesday, the day before he left we went to the Men's first Basketball game of the season. It was a good game and Donovan had a blast running around and getting into trouble. He tried to join the announcers and at one point decided he wanted to be part of a time out huddle, it was awesome. The morning that Brad left was a lazy day for us. We hung out in our pajamas most of the day and I'm not sure when I actually got a shower...did I get a shower that day? Anyway, Donovan decided he wanted to wear his boots and silly pumpkin hat. He's really cute, I know.
He still climbs everything.
On Saturday I promised Donovan we would go to the zoo because I really didn't want to stay home and listen to the game, I was way too nervous. I know, I'm awful, I should have supported my husband but I just needed to keep my mind off it and stay busy.Finding Nemo.
We went on a train ride for the first time. He was so excited and had a really hard time waiting in line to get on! He had so much fun!His new thing is always telling me when he's excited, I love it!
Unfortunately, the season is over for IWCC Women's soccer. They had a great season and I'm really proud of Bradley. He's so passionate and works so hard! I'm so glad he can do what he loves. I'm sad that the season is over for them, but I'm glad that I have my husband back!

Too bad about the soccer team, but it was fun to listen to their games this weekend. I'm glad you and Donovan had fun at the zoo. The pictures are awesome. Naturally I like the funky outfit one the best because most of my favorite pictures of Colin are in ridiculous outfits. See you guys in a few weeks!
Sorry to hear about soccer but now you'll see more of Brad, right? And it looks like Donovan's found his Halloween costume for next year. What a cutie.
I love the pumpkin hat! I wish MaKenna would get over climbing things soon. It drives me nuts because she has no fear! Crazy kids.
Donavon is just all boy through and through! Cute kid
Maybe next time we go to the zoo he'll let us see more than 2 or 3 exhibits. Looks like he was finding lots of Nemos. Those clown fish are pretty cool, but they taste funny... :)
I especially love his cute, excited face when he tells you he's excited! It will be so fun to see and be with him in action. Sorry the Reivers didn't get to nationals but they had a fabulous season! We enjoyed and were so glad the game was broadcast over the internet! Way to go Bradley!
Aaaaaarrrrrggggghhhhh!!!!
My own daughter. My own flesh and blood. What are you doing with a Christmas greeting before Thanksgiving? I can't believe it. You've probably been listening to Christmas music early, too.
Aaaaarrrrrgggghhhh!!!!
I realized right after I posted the last note, it was probably Brad that made you do it. Yeah, that's it. Brad made you do it...
That is a really cute picture, by the way.
I agree with Glen. ( Scott )
