I just had to post a couple of pictures I took of Donovan early in the week. He is so funny, I can't say it enough! I know all babies do silly things, but Donovan is constantly surprising us and making us laugh.
He likes to grab his ears sometimes, I don't think it is because they are in pain, he just likes ears. He has been pretty interested in our ears recently and likes to feel his own too!He is getting very brave when he stands up. He is trying to show off.
He also likes to get into things on the shelves of his changing table, and since he is too big for us to lay him on it anyway, I have put all the things I don't want him to reach on top.
I just love this picture. I was making a silly noise and he cocked his head like this.
Of course, he loves Mickey. He laughs almost every time he sees him. I think it is because we always say "Mickey!" in a really silly way.
He loves his books, not so much to read, but to take out of their box one at a time. Occasionally he wants to sit and read, but for the most part they are either a fun way to make a mess, or he uses them as a step to stand up.
We have been working every night this week to get Donovan to clap. He has mastered clapping his toys together, but wouldn't do it with just his hands. Just yesterday, he started to clap his fists together and now he is trying to open his hands, we don't have any video without toys, but will hopefully get one soon! What a smart boy.
He is also working on stacking things. He can't quite get it to work and gets a little annoyed. I need to get him something a little easier to begin with I guess.

he is growing up way to fast before you know it he will be off to kindergerten :)
Clapping is so much louder with toys, why would he want to use just his hands? He is a cute one! Looking forword to being with him and seeing all his tricks - maybe even teach him a few of my own! Granny
On a note completely unrelated to your blog, do you like the glider you have? Is it from Wal-Mart? Nate and I are in the market, and yours looks really similar to one I saw and liked, but I don't know if it's worth the money or not. Your thoughts?
Hey I am changing my blog to private so will you comment my blog with your email so I can send you and invite to view it. Thanks
I love seeing our boys grow up together, I really wish we lived closer though. :( They would have so much fun together. Logan's birthday is this Saturday April 12th, I can't believe he's going to be 1 year old already. We'd love to have you visit sometime. My parents are flying in this weekend to celebrate, I think this summer when Morgan isn't as busy with school we should all get together.
