I started this post yesterday, it's a long one with lots of pictures.
Some of these pictures are from before we went to Utah. They were being so cute together.
We went to Utah before Brad so we could go to my Grandma Goodman's 80th birthday party. These are a few pictures I took there. Nicholas and Lia.
Chad, Clint (Shay's boyfriend), and Tyler.
Tiny Grandma and Donovan. He's about half her weight.
My dad's usual picture scowl.
Shaylea and Chamae.
Faye, Chamae, and Grandma Mindy at Grandma Mindy and Papa Glenn's.
Chamae and Mac in the pool.
At one point, he asked me to make it warmer. He enjoyed it for about 15 minutes though!
Chamae getting hydrated at the Lehi Round Up Stock Parade.
Donovan spent a lotr of time in the pool. He even went skinny dipping. Brad did it, not me. I only took the pictures.
Chamae at the splash park with Brad. We made a few trips over there:)

We even spent some time at a park. I like the new park toys. So does Brad.

Chamae enjoyed chilling on the blanket.

She also liked the water.

We had a yard sale one day. It exhausted Chamae.
Yep, that's my dad smiling for a picture...on Nessie.

At the Highland splash park, once again. This time, we met up with cousins.

Tired Chamae and Rachel.
Chamae and Papa Sam. I think this was before Kaylee's Baptism.

I didn't take an pictures at Kaylee's Baptism, but it was really neat to go. I gave the talk on the Holy Ghost and got a little emotional. Rachel had sung a song right before my talk and that didn't help! I guess I have become a little more open with my emotions since I have had children. Usually, I'm not much of a cryer. Anyway, I hope you all enjoyed it, you won't be seeing it that often.
Since all the Silvey kids and families were in town for the Baptism and Blessing, we had family pictures. The kids did surprisingly well! I think they did better than some of the adults:) These are some of the pictures I took with my camera while the photographer was taking pictures.
Chamae did really well. It was in the evening during her grumpy time, so I was a little nervous, but she did great!

Donovan was a stud. He did a great job. He pulled a few faces for the photographer, but he definitely earned his post picture shaved ice. After I took this picture of him, he asked me if he could look so he could see his taste buds.

Cute little Kate.

The Kirsta's. I didn't get pictures of every family, I didn't think about it until a couple were already finished.

Handsome little stinker.

It was nice that they could all go a little crazy when it wasn't their turn to get pictures taken.

Silvey and Hiatt boys.
I convinced most of them to do the "Princess Pose", but Caleb wouldn't play along...boo.

I hope the pictures the photgrapher got are a little better. My nose looks ginormous, but Chamae is adorable.

I think he knows he's the most handsome almost four year old ever.

Sam and Tia.

We hung out at Caleb and Heather's after baby Brooklyn's Blessing. I can't believe I didn't take any pictures of her in her dress!! She is tiny and adorable, it will be fun to see how much she changes in the few months before we see her again. Caleb decided to try a few tricks with Chamae. She tolerated it well.

On the 4th, we went to the parade in Provo. It was okay. A little too crazy and packed for my taste. I thought Lehi's parades were ridiculous. I was wrong. Chamae looked really cute until she broke the clip off her patriotic flower.

Donovan loved it.

He was covered in chalk before it even started.

Chamae got really tired and ended up falling asleep on Brad's lap, something that rarely happens. She's usually screaming and fidgeting when she's tired.

The kids and I headed up to Lehi afterwards so I could meet up with Jessica and so my parents could watch the kids while Brad and I went to the RSL game that night. Faye, Papa Glenn, and Chamae.
My mom said they were both really good and Donovan went crazy over the fireworks.
Brad and Mac.

Our last day in Utah was pretty low key. Donovan helped Granny weed for about 5 minutes, if that.

He and Colin played with the Tonka trucks for a long time and played really well together for the first time.

We also took Donovan to Cafe Rio and Cars 2. It was okay. Donovan had a hard time sitting through it, he's horrible in movies. We'll just stick to watching movies at home where he can get up and run around when he wants to. I guess it's not a bad thing that he doesn't like to sit in front of a screen that long without a break. We just won't be spending anymore money on a ticket for him!!

We had a great trip and we already miss it. I think we've decided that we do want to end up in Utah eventually. It was nice to be around the family. We don't want to be too close though, we've had 6 years away from most family, I'm not sure we could live 5 minutes away.

It really looks like you guys had such a great time in Utah! I bet the time here went too fast! I thought you looked darling in the picture of you and Chamae at your family pictures!
5 minutes away isn't all that bad. It's living 30 seconds away that gets on our nerves sometimes. :) Can we compromise and have you live 5 minutes from us and at least 10 from everyone else? Please?!
We don't see each other on a daily basis like you think. We all like our 'space'.
Enjoyed ya'll visiting.
It so fun to have you guys and the whole gang here. I'm glad you take lots of pictures and posted to share. I took lots of pictures but haven't found time to blog yet. I'll do it soon- I hope. I wish you guys lived closer too! Sam's right we don't see the Kirsta's everyday when they only live up the hill. So glad you gave a talk at the baptism-nothing wrong with being emotional! I can't do anything like that without bawling!
Thanks for coming! Loved every minute of it!
