Since Donovan is playing the wii, and Chamae is asleep, I thought I'd take a moment to blog her 1 year stats. First of all, that was the shortest year of my life. The first four months seemed to drag a little, but the last eight months flew by! Chamae is such a joy to have in our home. She is so full of personality! She is constantly making us smile and laugh at her silly quirks. She still doesn't walk. She'll take a few steps here and there when she feels like it, but that doesn't happen nearly as often as we'd like it to! Although she's a wimp when it comes to walking, she has no problem climbing anything and everything. She eats like a little horse, freaks out whenever we change her diaper, and loves to give hugs and kisses. She is so much fun...and so much work! It's funny how every child has his/her challenges, but they are rarely the same! Donovan and chamae's personalities couldn't be more different, but somehow they each come up with ways to drive us crazy! It's funny to me how they're both so social and full of life, but in different ways. They certainly keep us on our toes! Chamae's one year stats: Weight: 21 lbs 10 oz (61%) Height: 30 1/2 in (91%) Head circ: 18 in (71%)

It really is so amazing how each kid can be so different and hard in their own little way. Don't worry too much about her not walking yet, that stuff seems to come when the child wants it to! My girls didn't walk alone until they were 15 months. they would walk holding our hands or pushing something but not on their own until then!
