I still haven't uploaded the video, I haven't been on the computer a whole lot the last few days. Donovan's little personality develops every day! He is getting to be a little character, he cracks me up. His new favorite things to do are make silly faces (he is getting pretty good at them), he repeats the last word of almost every sentence I say, he is very polite and is getting very good at saying "thank you" whenever someone does something for him, he likes to dance (even when there isn't music) and is getting some pretty awesome rhythm, he is constantly pounding on everything like it's a drum, and he has figured out how to get out of the bathtub by himself. He thinks he's really funny when he gets out of the tub and runs to the room we are in. We have finished his birthday shopping! I am really excited for him to open all of his presents. I think he's going to enjoy it. He was a little jealous on Mason's birthday when he couldn't open any presents. I still don't really know what to do for his cake, oh well, I have a little over a week.

Apparently Colin can get out of the tub too. Nate turned around to get a towel for him and when he turned back, Colin was out of the tub. It makes me really happy that Donovan likes to dance. Good luck with the cake, but don't stress yourself out about it. Remember, he's only 2.
I'm sad we missed you guys again when you went to Ut. I'll try better next time to make it there when you come again. I really want to see Donovan again. He is such a cool kid! And Damon totally reminds me of him!
That silly Donovan. Is he getting a new camera for his birthday? I sure hope so. I miss pictures and video! You should ask Mason what kind of cake Donovan wants. I'm sure he has some ideas. The cupcake cakes are way easy to do if you can find something you like.
You're pretty good at the Barbie cakes. How 'bout a G.I. Joe in a dress cake? You can call it a kilt...
Donovan is a crack up! He is so animated. I am patiently waiting for video/pictures. Maybe Bradley will get a camera for his birthday? Kirsta's right, no need to stress over a cake when he really won't care or remember- except the pictures!
i can't believe he's already two! how exciting! and i can't wait to see your video
i've decided to make MaKenna a barbie cake for her 1st birthday, like your mom's. My mom used to make chad and spencer really cute caterpillar cakes out of cupcakes when they were little. i'm excited for MaKenna to open her presents in couple of weeks, too, but she's so young she probably won't even care!
