We miss them. Donovan didn't look normal in any of these pictures so I picked the best one of Chamae.
3 generations.
Chamae and I had a mini photo shoot. It's hard to get headbands to stay on her small little head so I haven't been able to put them on her when we go out... they just slide right off! I'm glad it stayed on for a few pictures! She's adorable and looking less like Donovan every day. She's starting to get her own little look now that she's filling in a little.
We can't decide if her eyes will be blue or hazel. Brad thinks they might be my blue/green hazel. Some days they look really blue but you can see a little green in them other days. Either way, they are beautiful!
Random picture from the other night. Donovan and Brad went out in the frigid night air to do some sledding. We haven't had a lot of snow until a couple of days ago. It all hit us at once! Donovan had been wanting to go that whole day so when Brad got home he took him out. What a good daddy!!
We are starting to adjust to being a family of 4. The most difficult part is getting all 3 of us ready in the morning! We had to get to Chamae's Dr's office at 9:30 this morning. I thought getting up at 7 would be sufficient. I was wrong. Between getting myself ready, feeding baby and getting her dressed, and getting Donovan fed and dressed, we took a little longer than I had planned! We got out the door at 9:20 and I still had to brush the snow off the car and let it warm up a little (it was 3 degrees outside). But we made it! Thankfully the office wasn't busy. I'm sure we'll adjust a little better when Chamae is on a more consistent schedule. We're working on it, she's slowly slipping into a consistent pattern of eating and sleeping...and then it will change in a few weeks!!

It sounds like you're handling everything really well! And holy cow you already *look* back to normal. :)
I am terrified for the next couple of weeks... I'll take any advice you can give!
Oh my goodness you don't even look like you just had a baby you look amazing! And it sure sounds like you are adjusting well to the new cute little one!
You did a really great job with those pictures. She is so pretty!
Everyone looks great! What a cute photo shoot! Chamae is changing. She always seems to have her eyes open too. Thanks for sharing the pictures. I'm glad you got a "generations" picture. Very nice.
You look ridiculously good. Ridiculous. And Chamae-mae is perfect. I can't believe you are already taking them out of the house! I totally hibernated for a few months after Kate was born.
